are very excited to welcome you to our latest and effective way of learning the ancient Pali Language, which is the medium of Early Buddhism or Theravada Buddhism as is popularly called.


We do have a series of Pali courses lined up here for the benefit of those who are willing to learn this sacred Pali Language. Those who successfully complete the course requirements would be promoted to the next level and we guarantee that once you complete this series of Pali Language Course, you will be able to independently study the Pali Canonical literature all by yourself.

The new "PALI 101 - Pali for Beginners" course will be available to you live through Dhamma USA YouTube Channel from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Pacific Time) on every Saturday starting May 9, 2020
(We have also kept in mind our Asian friends to match their time so that they also can join us from their side.)

PAÑCA SĪLA - Five Precepts

Kāmesu micchācārā veramaṇi sikkhā padaṃ samādiyāmi
Musāvādā veramaṇi sikkhā padaṃ samādiyāmi
Surā meraya majja pamādaṭṭhānā veramaṇi sikkhā padaṃ
samādiyāmi

I undertake to observe the precept to abstain from killing living beings.
I undertake to observe the precept to abstain from taking things not given.
I undertake to observe the precept to abstain from sexual misconduct.
I undertake to observe the precept to abstain from false speech.
I undertake to observe the precept to abstain from distilled and fermented
liquor (drinks and drugs) that causes intoxication or heedlessness.
