Punna Potthaka ( Merit Record)
This is a wonderful practice to Record our own good deeds to inspire ourselves and others. This Punna Potthaka tradition is an ancient practice in Sri Lanka. I am giving you an idea as to how you can do it on a daily basis. This can be a better practice to record good meritorious acts rather than recording negative and disastrous actions. Good, positive actions can create a positive frame of mind in others. This is way better than today's breaking news which really breaks our hearts. Here is a sample template for you to record your day-to-day merits.
